Loyalty programme - a monthly campaign tailored to the Samsung Members via the app to share promotions and competitions.
Bespoke illustrations by Biff, playfully framed around photographic cutouts – giving the visuals a loose lively freshness and helping better engage with the customer.
Fresh, playful and upbeat in tone. Customers were
engaged through the new brand identity which helped bring the photography to life.
'Always on' content retained customer loyalty and shared new promotions and offers to the existing Samsung customers – with a new visual every month.
I supported the early role-out of this new brand identity, developed at Wunderman Thompson. Creating monthly key visuals adapted into a toolkit of assets for Samsung to use for the website, app, emails, banners and social.
